Settling In

You arrive, settle into a comfortable lying or seated position, and we take a few minutes to discuss your intention for the session.

The Sound Journey

Using singing bowls, gongs, chimes and vocal toning, I guide you through a 45–60 minute sound journey. You simply receive — there is nothing to do or achieve.

Integration

We close with gentle silence and a brief reflection — allowing the experience to settle before you return to the world.

After Your Session

Many clients notice shifts for several days after a session — in sleep quality, emotional tone, mental clarity and sense of presence.
