Group retreats have a maximum of twelve participants. This is non-negotiable — intimacy is fundamental to the depth of work we do together.
Comfortable clothes suitable for sitting, walking and resting. A journal. An open mind. Nothing else is required — all materials, instruments and facilitation are provided.
We understand that life changes. Full refunds are available up to 30 days before a retreat. Within 30 days, your booking can be transferred to a future retreat date.
