Both. One-on-one coaching sessions can be held online via video call (globally) or in person. Sound therapy and retreat experiences are in person only.
That depends entirely on what you are working on. Some clients work through a specific transition in six sessions. Others find ongoing coaching genuinely nourishing and valuable long-term. We always start with a free consultation to understand what makes sense for you.
